The products sold by VIRALUX benefit from a warranty according to the legislation in force.

🔹 The warranty period is mentioned on each product page.
🔹 The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden defects that occur under normal conditions of use.

If problems arise during the warranty period, please contact us at: contact@viralux.ro , providing the following details:

Full name

Order number

Description of the defect

Pictures or video of the defective product

The product must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.

✅ If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, it will be:

Repaired free of charge, or

Replaced, or

Refunded (if none of the above options are possible).

⚠ IMPORTANT : Products damaged by incorrect use, mechanical shocks or unauthorized interventions are not covered by the warranty.
