📦 Return policy

At VIRALUX , we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receipt.

✅ Return conditions:

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: unused, without signs of damage, in the original packaging .

❌ We do not accept returns for products that show signs of wear, dents, cracks or are incomplete.

🚚 The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

✨ Exception : if the product is defective or was sent incorrectly, return costs are borne by VIRALUX .
